Based out of Providence, RI, I currently teach at the Rhode Island Philharmonic Music School and am also available to teach online lessons wherever you may be located. Since 2010, my students have ranged from beginners, to college level, to adults, many of which have chosen to pursue music at universities throughout the United States and abroad. I take pride in my ability to work with musicians of all levels and place focus on advancing technique, building confidence on stage, and enjoying the experience of performing with artistic freedom. Lessons with me are typically weekly and can range from 30 to 60 minutes depending on your personal goals.
Lesson curriculum will be focused on developing a strong technical foundation coupled with introducing new styles, music theory, and tips for audition success. In a first lesson, my students are provided with resources and/or repertoire that is suitable for their long-term goals. In addition to clarinet lessons, I can also offer professional development and music business skills for students who are interested in preparing for the road to college and beyond. In today’s ever-changing job market, it is now more important than ever for musicians to be adaptable and equipped for an evolving future.
