Make Music Day 2024

Please join us on Friday, June 21, 2024 at Schmitt Music Bloomington for Make Music Day! Make Music Day is an internationally recognized day to celebrate making music by everyone, for everyone! Throughout the day, we are having sessions and performances.

12:30PM-1:30PM: PERFORMANCE ANXIETY IS SUCH A DRAG - WORKSHOP WITH DR. VINCE DOMINGUEZ

Performing can be so scary! Dr. Vince Dominguez, award-winning clarinetist and music educator, presents a workshop on finding comfort with performing and developing a stage presence. Vince holds a DMA in Clarinet, and is passionate about amplifying queer and BIPOC voices in classical music. All musicians are welcome to join this fun and relaxed workshop on Make Music Day. All ages welcome.
